Identifying Replacement Covers

With your accurate measurements we'll walk you through the process of replacing your hot tub cover with precision. 

Drain and Refill Best Practices

Through two sessions (with one at the start of the drain and refill) we'll walk you through how to drain your tub. For the second session we'll make sure that the refill only happens after other water contaminating concers are mitigated and inform you on how to best avoid a dreaded airlock in your pumps. 

Winterizing a Hot Tub

 Disclaimer: Hot tubs are meant to be running 100% of the time and so winterization takes on risk for gasket dry out and possible leaks. Only do a winterization when absolutely necessary. With that said, we know how to perform a winterization as safely as possible 

Troubleshooting Only (Part install Sessions are generally not available)

Troubleshooting is remotely is limited and relies heavily on the do it yourself hot tub owner or operator who has a general understanding of electrical circuits and safe electricity practices along with a genderal understanding of mechanical systems (like hot tub pumps) and safe mechanical practices. With that said, we'll help you to isolate malfunctions and to identify the ideal part of the hot tub that needs maintenance and/or replacement. Additional Sessions are required for each problem.  

Troubleshooting Disclaimer

The consultant works under the assumption that the DIY hot tub owner/operator has all of the tools and equipment necessary to perform tasks like: testing for voltage reading and for pamp draws, taking panels off of the tub and putting them back, loosening and or removing pumps and other parts.  Troubleshooting can be prove to be very difficult to perform remotly so please consider have a professional local technician do this task before booking your non-fundable troubleshooting session with us.

  • Subscribers can cancel anytime, but fees are non-refundable once a consultation has been provided.
