The Team
With the experience of personally treating over 4000 hot tubs (while also performing over 500 drain and refills), we conveniently supply only practical and customized water treatment solutions.

Countless free and paid water care classes flood the internet, but none address the real challenge of tackling your water's ever-changing conditions. Every aquatic environment is as distinct as a fingerprint, and unpredicatable water patterns can create endless frustration. That's where we come in. How It works
Before- Yikes!
1. Jets full blast-(As seen in the horrific Before photo above)

3. A fresh photo of your test strip along with the color key
4. Verbally describe any other conditions like: smelly water, soft or oily water or any other condition that you think is in the way of your hydrotherapy plans.

Contact Us
Send photos with jets on, jets off and the test strip with the color key. Describe anything else that you'd like and describe how big the pool or tub is in gallons (estimate if necessary).

Water Treatment Short & Long-Term Plan (up to one per week)

10 Minute Session- Once your photos are emailed to us we'll call back to rapidly guide you through which chemicals that you need to add, at the proportions needed for your environment and in the right sequence which will ensure the most effective and minimal chemical use.
Hot Tub Wellness Checkup
$39
10 minute session-This process involves ensuring that all components function properly. Adjustments are made to optimize performance and potential issues are identified so as to maintain efficiency and longevity. If there is a problem that requires a full diagnosis, a call to a local repair technician is recommented.
In-Person Hot Tub Wellness Master Class
$99 per person
30+ Minutes-As part of The Spa Pros Road Show, this detailed class is only available in the city where our Road Show resides. Theses exclusive classes will include the Water Treatment Plan, the Hot Tub Wellness Check-up plus we'll provide every level 3000 practical tip that is needed to streamline your weekly maintenance commitments. The end game is rest and relaxation and this class will teach you the simplest steps to get your unique aquatic environment up to speed.
Identifying Replacement Filters or Hot Tub Covers

5-10 minutes per- With your accurate measurements we'll walk you through the process of replacing your filter or hot tub cover with precision.
Secondary Services
Hot Tub Drain and Refill Best Practices- 2 Ten Minute Sessions

Please schedule two ten minute sessions that are separated by about one hour...The first session will walk you through the best practices for draining your tub. The second sessions starts after your tub is completley empty and the refill is only initiated AFTER all water contamination concers are mitigated. This session includes how to avoid the dreaded air locks within your pumps.
Hot Tub Winterize Best Practices

Please schedule two ten-minute sessions that are separated by about one hour...Disclaimer-Hot tubs are designed to run 100% of the time and so winterization takes on gasket wear and tear risk and leak risk. With that said, we know how to winterize your tub as safely as possible.
Troubleshooting
$149
Troubleshooting remotely is very limited and relies heavily on a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) hot tub owner or operator who has a general understanding of electronics and plumbing along with safety best practices. With that said, we're here to help the DIY person to isolate malfunctions and to identify the part or parts of the tub that requires maintenance and/or replacement. Additional sessions may be required for each problem.
Troubleshooting Disclaimer
The consultant works under the assumption that the DIY hot tub owner/operator has all of the tools and equipment necessary to perform tasks like testing for voltage readings and for amp draws, taking the panels off and putting them back on, loosening and/or removing pumps and other parts. Troubleshooting can prove to be very difficult to perform remotely so please consider having a professional local technician preform the troubleshooting before booking your non-refundable over-the-phone session
